Silent Struggles: A grief-related workshop on healing from life’s unspoken losses
When seeking therapy, we often hear the words, “this is a safe space” or “this is a judgement-free zone”, but how do we really know that we can trust the stranger sitting across from us with our innermost secrets?
Talking to a therapist, healer or guide is ideal when you’re struggling, but there are challenges that may get in the way of you healing.
You might be afraid of being judged, having your pain dismissed or even worse, being shamed for your feelings or your situation. Therapy might be too expensive or you simply don’t have the time. You might even feel that talking to someone about your situation a waste of time or that no one could possibly understand what you are going through.
This can leave you feeling lost, alone, and silently struggling.
This is why I’ve created this 2-hour workshop where instead of speaking to someone else about it, you validate your own experiences. You will learn about how grief shows up in the body, and tools and techniques that can help ease your pain.
A few of the losses that are covered are: the loss of a marriage, a job/income, reproductive loss, living with a chronic condition or the loss of health, the loss of relationships and the loss of spirituality.
Move from trauma to triumph without fearing judgement or shame.
Open yourself back up to joy, happiness and connection.
